The facility is made up of three adjacent buildings, Buildings A, B, and C. Building A has three exhibit halls and the Sidney Marcus auditorium which seats 1,744 persons. The GWCC is home to the annual Southeastern Conference (SEC) Football Fanfare, a two-day fan festival for the SEC Championship Game. Between 2015 and 2018, the center played host to a similar event in tandem with WrestleMania XXVII, WrestleMania Axxess. During the 1996 Summer Olympics, the complex was home to handball, fencing, judo, table tennis, weightlifting, wrestling, and the fencing and shooting portions of the modern pentathlon. The venue also hosted the 2009 Soul Train Music Awards and the International Career Development Conference, in addition to the FIRST Robotics World Championship for several years. Moreover, the complex has witnessed performances from Atlanta Dream and New Kids on the Block. Above all, President George W.
