The main floor offers 1,159 seats which include 118 pit seats and 16 wheelchair seats. The first balcony offers 748 seats including four wheelchair seats and the second balcony has 607 seats available. It offers handicap accessible parking in the parkade on the southeast end of the building as well as spaces on the north side near the main entrance. The Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium also has assisted listening devices for its patrons who need them to enjoy the show. Service dogs are also welcome with proper identification.
