The 2003 season brought a new left-field reserved bleacher section that increased the seating capacity to 7,210 fans. A party deck and left field and a picnic pavilion along the third-base side were also added prior to the 2003 season.
When Peoples Natural Gas Field was still known as the Blair County Ballpark, the 2006 Eastern League All-Star Game was held with 9,308 fans in attendance. Peoples Natural Gas was awarded the official naming rights to the field on January 31, 2012.
