Phoenix Raceway underwent a $178 million renovation project in 2017 that moved the start/finish line near the dogleg. New single level 45,000 seat grandstands were also added that oversee what is now Turn 3, Turn 4, the start/finish line and the dogleg. The new grandstand provides excellent views of the entire track as well as pit road while placing fans closest to the most action-packed portion of the track. General admission hillside seating is also available near Turns 1 and 2 allowing fans to bring their own lawn chairs to enjoy the racing.
