The park is named after Pat Kilkenny, former athletic director of the University of Oregon as well as a donor who helped fund the park’s construction. The park, designed by the DLR Group, can accommodate 4,000 spectators, including 3,000 fixed seats. Additional features include a video board, a plaza referred to as “Fowl Territory,” an area for picnics and eight suites on the upper level.

The NCAA Regional has been played at PK Park in 2012, 2013 and 2021. In 2012, the NCAA Super Regional was also held. The Ducks single-game attendance record at PK Park was 4,825, set at the third game of the Super Regional on June 11, 2012.
