The stadium was constructed at the confluence of the Des Moines River and the Raccoon River. The stadium can accommodate 11,500 spectators, including 4,088 club seats. It has 45 luxury suites, with 12 of them located in left field along with the Cub Club Restaurant. The view from the stadium includes the Iowa State Capital Building and some seats having a line of sight to the Des Moines Skyline.
