The stadium also has 12 executive suites for people to rent out for big parties. When baseball is not in session, the Riverfront Stadium is used for sports, festivals, and even an ice rink in winter. While the park was built for the Wichita Wind Surge, it hosted other teams such as Wichita State’s Shockers when they faced off against the University of Houston.
