McKeon who was a former member of the Saint Mary's College Board of Regents and made sizeable contributions to the building’s construction. In 2019, the name was changed to The University Credit Union Pavilion. It was a seating capacity of 3,500 seats. The pavilion has also hosted many athletic campus for youth during the summer months and has hosted other on-campus events like the Baccalaureate mass.
