Aesthetic Perfection is an American electronic music project that was originally created in 2000 by Daniel Graves out of Los Angeles, California. Since their debut, the musical group has bounced around record labels, originally signed on by Metropolis Records and Out of Line Records. The group then moved to Graves’ personal independent record company, Close to Human Records. They also signed onto Gravitator Records in Russia and Death Watch Asia in Japan.
Aesthetic Perfection can be described as synthpop, EBM, and aggrotech. They have released a total of eight albums, fourteen singles, and two EPs. Along with their own music, the band has done numerous collaborations with other artists such as Dawn of Ashes, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Bring Me the Horizon. The group was originally just Daniel Graves who plays the piano, does programming, and vocals.
