They went on to score nine top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with ‘Creep,’ ‘Waterfalls,’ and ‘No Scrubs.’ The group also released four multi-platinum albums, including “CrazySexyCool” in 1994, which has since received a diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). TLC was also the first R&B group to receive the million certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan in 1999. TLC has sold more than 85 million records worldwide and is the best-selling American girl group. Their accolades include four Grammy Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards and five Soul Train Music Awards. The group was given the Legend Award at the 2013 MTV Awards in Japan following the death of Lisa Lopes in 2002.
